Why I became a 21-Day Sugar Detox Coach

In the summer of 2017, I took a big business leap and enrolled to become a 21-Day Sugar Detox Coach. The program was 7+ weeks of all things 21DSD! The majority of the program was focused on business building – something that was much needed and much appreciated.

I am passionate about healthy eating and enjoying delicious whole foods and supporting the body to heal itself by fueling it properly. I feel I struggle in my approach of sharing my knowledge and passion with you. So one reason why I decided to become a coach was for personal/professional development.

What is the 21-Day Sugar Detox?

The 21DSD is a real-food based nutrition challenge designed to help you bust sugar and carb cravings naturally. The program also works to transform you palate and habits around food which allows you to break the chains of sugar addiction and find food freedom!

The program has three levels to meet you where you are at. All the program levels focus on quality protein, healthy fats, lots of vegetables and selected fruits. There are also modification for athletes, nursing and pregnant moms, pescatarians and those with autoimmune conditions.

The program works by lessening the load on your liver and allowing your body to recuperate and heal. By reducing our intake of sugar we take a significant stress off the liver and afford it the energy to better regulate blood sugar and clear metabolic wastes. Cool. Reasons Why I Decided to Become a 21DSD Coach

  • The 21-Day Sugar Detox has had a huge impact on my own health and wellness journey and I want to share the program’s magic with you!
